Residence #5 - This Peachtree Hills home was originally an out-grown bungalow. Re-created by Jim Winer of Menefee & Winer Architects as a neo-craftsman beauty, the clients have enjoyed this home since 2004.

Work included an addition at front, left side and rear elevation. Re-work of all interior rooms with a large amount of trim and millwork. Cast stone columns and decorative facade pieces were added at the front exterior, plus two new masonry fireplaces.
